Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

No explicit budget is stated (projectEstimatedBudget is $0), but remediation of hazardous materials in a historic building typically ranges from a few hundred thousand to over a million dollars depending on contamination extent, site access, and regulatory requirements. Considering the building’s size and historic status, a realistic estimate for professional services, oversight, and reporting would likely fall between $200,000 and $500,000. Factors influencing this range include the quantity of hazardous material, need for specialized disposal, and the level of documentation required.
