CITYWIDE CONSULTANT ROSTER SOLICITATION: Conservation and Environmental Issues Consulting

The City of Seattle is seeking qualified consultants to provide conservation and environmental issues consulting services. The city is establishing a roster of qualified consultants that can be used by any department for skills or services in specialized areas of knowledge or experience. Consultants can apply to be added to the roster by submitting an application and statement of qualifications. The roster will be reset every 5 years, and consultants approved to the roster will remain approved until December 31, 2030, or until they no longer meet the requirements to be approved to a consultant roster. Some of the services that consultants may be asked to provide include: • Environmental Services - Natural Resources • Environmental Assessment • Energy Conservation Services • Environmental Management • Electrical Energy Management - Field Services • Electrical Energy Management - Program Support • Field Sampling and Material Testing/Analysis • Forestry Services • Bioengineering and Wetland Horticulture • Geotechnical Services • Recycling or Sustainability Services • Water Conservation Services • Water Quality Protection • Diving Consultants must meet minimum qualification requirements, including having completed three or more projects that fall under the scope of work description for the roster category they are applying to, and having key personnel and/or principals with the required professional licenses, certificates, and education to perform the type of work being sought.
