RFQ/P for Development of Property at 850 South 300 West in SLC "Fleet Block"

The City of Salt Lake City is seeking development teams to submit innovative proposals for a multi-family, mixed-use project on City-owned land in the Granary District. The Fleet Block site is located just minutes from downtown, at the crossroads of two major bike corridors, and adjacent to the Central Ninth District. The City has already taken steps to kick off the redevelopment process, including securing $3.9 million for mid-block street construction, beginning community engagement for a new public open space, and rezoning the parcels to a form-based district that allows for mixed-use development up to 85 feet by right. • The project involves urban development planning, urban land administration, and land use planning. • The project also includes real estate services, such as lease and rental of property, escrow and title services, and real estate management services. • The City is looking for developers with a collaborative, community-informed approach and relevant experience. • Responses may be submitted via email, mail, or hand delivery, and must be received by May 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
