Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation

The Town of Highland Beach is seeking a contractor to fully rehabilitate Lift Station No. 2. The scope includes civil, mechanical, and electrical work to upgrade the wet well, valve vault, pump system, and control panel, as well as site restoration. This project requires complete removal and replacement of valves, pumps, pipe supports, guide rails, access hatches, and electrical components, with a mandatory pre‑bid conference. • Civil work: grading, vegetation removal, sodding, fence/gate removal and re‑installation, and site restoration. • Mechanical work: replace gate and check valves, pump guide rails, install pipe supports, provide bypass pumping system, and install new access hatches with fall protection. • Electrical work: replace lift station control panel, install new termination boxes, equipment racks, grounding, and level floats.
