Reno-Stead Airport (RTS) Federal Contract Tower (FCT) Planning Study

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) is seeking qualified professional firms or teams to provide consultant services for the development of a Federal Contract Tower (FCT) Planning Study for the Reno-Stead Airport. The study will include a siting analysis, conceptual design, and environmental review. The selected respondent will be required to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) via the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website. The RTAA reserves the right to not award an agreement for any work and to negotiate additional services or extend the duration of the agreement as needed. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing professional consultant services for the FCT Planning Study • Conducting a siting analysis and conceptual design for the preferred site • Performing an environmental review in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) • Possibly transitioning from conceptual design to schematic design pending available funding • Coordinating with the RTAA and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project
