PQ List for Electrical Rehab/Repair/Reno

The City of Pittsburgh is seeking pre-qualified contractors for electrical rehabilitation, repair, and renovation services. The contract period will commence upon execution and terminate on February 29th, 2028. Contractors must have at least 5 years of experience in the field and provide evidence of their qualifications. The scope of work includes supply and installation of electrical elements, maintenance, and rehabilitation of various facilities owned by the City. Key responsibilities include providing all necessary tools, equipment, and materials, as well as construction management. The City reserves the right to inspect facilities and equipment to determine the contractor's ability to perform the services required. • The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in building construction projects similar in type, size, scale, and complexity to the work of this contract. • The contractor must provide a project manager with at least 10 years of experience and a field superintendent with at least 5 years of experience. • The contractor must provide all necessary tools, equipment, and materials, as well as construction management. • The contractor must restore all materials, including site paving, other site improvements, landscaping, exterior building components, and surfaces, to a condition equal to that before work began. • The contractor must not injure trees except as necessary to perform the work, and must trim or alter trees only after obtaining necessary permits and under the supervision of an inspector.
