Real Assets Valuation Management

The California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) is seeking qualified firms to deliver Real Assets Valuation Management and related consulting services. The work will involve independent valuation of real‑asset holdings, preparation of valuation reports, ongoing advisory support, and compliance with fiduciary standards. • Perform comprehensive valuations of real‑estate, infrastructure, and other tangible asset classes for CalPERS. • Develop and deliver periodic valuation reports and recommendations to senior CalPERS investment staff. • Provide advisory services on asset‑allocation strategies, market trends, and risk assessments. • Ensure all valuations comply with applicable accounting and regulatory standards (e.g., GASB, GAAP). • Offer ongoing support for portfolio monitoring and potential transaction analysis.
