Winter Holiday Decorations

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking a respondent to provide Winter Holiday Decorations for Tampa International Airport. The decorations should reflect the Tampa Bay region, an airport/aviation theme, and the routes served by the Airport. The respondent will be responsible for delivering, hanging, and placing the decorations in designated areas. The contract term is three years with a possible two-year renewal. • The respondent must provide 72 decorated unlit teardrops, 73 decorated unlit wreaths, one 18' tower decorated lit tree, one 15' decorated lit tree, one 6' Alpine decorated lit tree, two 7' slim decorated lit trees, one Menorah, and one Kinara. • The respondent must have experience providing similar services to facilities similar in size to the Airport. • The respondent must have the ability to obtain the required insurance coverage and limits. • The respondent must not be listed on the Florida Department of Management Services, Convicted Vendor List. The evaluation criteria include the respondent's overall experience and background, the quality and aesthetics of the Winter Holiday Decorations, and the methodology and approach.
