Public Parking Concession at the Billings Logan International Airport

The City of Billings is seeking a qualified and experienced firm to operate a Public Parking Concession at the Billings Logan International Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for managing the parking facilities and providing excellent customer service. The contract will be subject to the requirements of 49 CFR Part 23 and the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. The proposer must address any claims or disputes that arise from this requirement directly with the U.S. Department of Labor – Wage and Hour Division.
