REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE RESPONDER VESSEL

The Port of South Louisiana is seeking proposals to provide and install a complete video surveillance solution for two responder vessels. The scope includes two high‑performance pan‑tilt‑zoom (PTZ) cameras, two fixed cameras for deck monitoring, and the required network infrastructure to enable real‑time video feed to the Port’s Operations Center (MSOC). All equipment must be marine‑grade and integrated with existing communications systems on the vessels. • Supply and install two PTZ cameras and two fixed cameras (marine‑rated). • Design, provide, and implement network hardware (routers, switches, cabling, power) to deliver live video to the MSOC. • Provide integration, testing, training, and documentation for ongoing operation and maintenance. • Ensure compliance with any applicable maritime and security standards. • Execute a Mutual Confidentiality Agreement prior to receiving the full RFP package.
