St. Charles County is soliciting a sealed‑bid contractor to design, permit, drill, construct, test, and certify a new public water‑supply well and associated pump system for the Sundust Preserve Dog Park. The scope includes engineering design, regulatory coordination, drilling a 1,100‑ft, 6‑in. well, surface and production casing, pressure grouting, well development, water sampling, pump installation (15 hp, 90 gpm), pitless assembly, testing, certification, site protection, erosion control, and post‑construction restoration.
