Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) Spectrometer System Components

The U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) Physics Department is seeking an Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) Spectrometer System upgrade. The vendor shall provide all equipment, software, shipping, on-site installation, integration, calibration, and training to meet the Salient Characteristics defined in Attachment 1. The Government will not provide IUID labeling and will not consider any quotes that contain used, reconditioned, refurbished, gray market, or liquidated stock. Key factors for evaluation include Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. • The EPR Spectrometer System must meet the Salient Characteristics defined in Attachment 1. • The vendor must provide all equipment, software, shipping, on-site installation, integration, calibration, and training. • The Government will assess the offeror’s record of recent and relevant performance. • The Government may award to a higher-priced offeror if its proposal is technically superior and demonstrates a lower performance risk.
