ITB 20262003 Pool Chemicals Price Agreement

The City of Eugene is seeking one qualified contractor to supply pool chemicals as per specifications for a 5-year price agreement. The contractor will be expected to provide pool chemicals for various City pools. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and the City reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and City rules, including those related to non-discrimination, sustainability, and social equity. • The contract term is for 5 years, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. • The annual quantities listed are estimates only and do not guarantee a minimum purchase. • The contractor must provide a complete standard warranty information and factory specifications on the equipment offered. • The contractor must comply with the City's sustainability and social equity goals, including reducing waste, using environmentally preferred products, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
