CO2 Delivery and Rental

The University of Utah is seeking a CO2 gas delivery and Dewar tank rental supplier. The selected vendor will be required to deliver 265-liter Dewar tanks every 2 weeks, with the total amount of tanks subject to change over the contract term. The contract term is for one year, with four one-year renewal options. The vendor must meet the minimum specifications listed in the solicitation, including delivering tanks to the Huntsman Cancer Institute and picking up empty tanks at the time of delivering new tanks. • The vendor must have the availability to meet the specified delivery schedule and tank sizes. • The vendor must be able to provide emergency deliveries or after-hour deliveries. • The vendor must be able to provide discounts on bulk orders. • The vendor must be able to complete and return the attached cost sheet. The University reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor who meets the minimum specifications. The pricing must be firm and fixed, and considered as “All-inclusive” for the first full term of 1 year.
