The City of Austin is seeking a contractor to provide rental, delivery, installation, cleaning, maintenance, and removal services for chemical portable toilets and portable shower units, including waste‑water holding tanks. The contract covers annual, monthly, weekly, or daily rentals for regular city events, emergency response, disaster relief, and continuity‑of‑operations activities. Service must include 24/7 emergency response, ADA‑compliant units, regular weekly servicing, waste disposal, provision of consumables (toilet paper, soap, sanitizer), and rapid mobilization for relocations or emergencies. The contractor must also supply generators, water storage, and handle medical waste according to OSHA and TCEQ regulations.
