OUR PATH HOME COORDINATED ENTRY LEAD AGENCY

The City of Boise is seeking a project team experienced in homelessness assistance to serve as the Coordinated Entry Lead Agency. The selected team will be responsible for operating a Coordinated Entry system, providing intake and assessment services, and facilitating referrals to housing opportunities and supportive services. The team will also be responsible for managing funding sources, submitting reports, and collaborating with partner agencies. Key responsibilities include: • Operating at least one physical location as an access point for assistance • Operating a street outreach team and housing crisis hotline • Implementing phased assessment approaches and prioritization queue management • Collaborating with partner agencies and providing technical assistance and training • Managing knowledge transfer activities and communicating with CE partners • Developing a staffing plan, implementation plan, and budget proposal The City of Boise intends to award one firm or vendor, but reserves the right to award more than one. The selected firm will be responsible for serving as the recipient or grantee for each funding source and meeting the requirements thereof.
