Provide school pictures on a requirements basis for the Centennial School District RFP 2026-05

The Centennial School District is seeking a qualified proposer to provide school photography services on a requirements basis. The selected vendor will be required to provide traditional school photography services, including portrait packages, identification badges, electronic image delivery, and related services. The contract term is expected to be approximately three years, with the possibility of extension for up to ten years. The proposer must ensure consistent product quality, print type, and materials across all schools, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Oregon Administrative Rules related to student educational record confidentiality. The proposer will be responsible for all collections, accounting, and money handling, and must provide purchase records to each school administrator or designee. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing high-quality, consistent, and secure photography services for students, school staff, and District staff • Minimizing instructional disruption and protecting student data privacy • Ensuring customer satisfaction for families, schools, and the District • Coordinating with the District and school staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery • Maintaining sufficient staffing and equipment to meet all schedules and deadlines • Guaranteeing the option of a retake or refund if any portrait is deemed unsatisfactory by a parent/guardian or the District
