This is a non‑expiring, qualifying‑bid RFP issued by Grand Prairie ISD to establish a district‑wide vendor list for any materials, supplies, equipment or services the district may need. No specific items are defined; vendors submit their qualifications, insurance certificates, COI, background‑check compliance, and required forms. Successful respondents are added to the district’s approved vendor roster and may be called upon for future purchases across K‑12 classrooms, administrative offices, libraries, cafeterias, after‑school programs, and other campus locations.
