OUR PATH HOME COORDINATED ENTRY LEAD AGENCY

The City of Boise is seeking a project team experienced in homelessness assistance to serve as the Coordinated Entry Lead Agency. The selected team will be responsible for operating a Coordinated Entry system that complies with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The system will provide fair and easy access to resources for people experiencing homelessness. The team will also be responsible for managing funding sources, submitting reports, and collaborating with partner agencies. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing administrative infrastructure and staffing resources to fulfill required CE functions • Operating one or more CE access points that provide intake and assessment services • Collaborating with CE participating agencies to ensure effectiveness in the delivery of homeless assistance programs • Executing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the OPH CoC and agreements with partner agencies to implement locally adopted CE Policies and Procedures • Implementing monitoring, evaluation, and system performance measurement strategies to analyze outcomes and inform changes to CE process or resource allocation
