Wood Pellets - White River Junction Courthouse

The State of Vermont is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide bulk Premium Wood Pellets at the Windsor District Courthouse in White River Junction, VT. The contract will be for a period of two years with an option to renew for up to three additional twelve-month periods. The State requires the delivery of wood pellets that meet specific quality standards, including ash content, moisture content, and pellet size. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the pellets to the designated location and providing any necessary training or installation. • The contractor must provide a written warranty for each product that it intends to furnish, which must be based on commercial use and extend for a minimum term of one year from the date a product is available for use by the purchaser. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local standards for quality and safety requirements. • The contractor must provide quarterly product sales reports to the State. • The contractor must deliver products F.O.B. to the ordering facility at no additional cost to the State.
