WINDOW TREATMENTS, REPAIR, REPLACEMENT AND/OR INSTALLATION

Palm Beach County is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide window treatments, repair, replacement, and/or installation services on a term contract basis. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible respondent or vendor, with a price preference given to certified small business enterprises (SBEs) if their bid is within 10% of the lowest non-small business bid. Vendors must submit their responses on the provided Request for Pre-Qualification "Response" Form, and all responses will be received on or after the indicated time. The vendor will be required to maintain a current Business Tax Receipt for Palm Beach County and all permits required to complete the contractual service at no additional cost to Palm Beach County. Some key points to consider include: * The contract is for a term of unspecified duration, with individual projects not exceeding $99,999. * Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those related to commercial nondiscrimination, lobbying, and debarment. * The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any legal action necessary to enforce the award or resultant contract will be held in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Palm Beach County, Florida. * The vendor must indemnify, save harmless, and defend the County, its agents, servants, or employees from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, and/or causes of action which may arise from any negligent act or omission of the Vendor(s), its subcontractors, agents, servants, or employees during the course of performing services or caused by the goods provided pursuant to these Request for Pre-Qualification documents and/or resultant contract.
