WINDOW TREATMENTS, REPAIR, REPLACEMENT AND/OR INSTALLATION

The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide window treatments, repair, replacement, and/or installation services on a term contract basis. The contract may be renewed, and new vendors may submit their Request for Pre-Qualification at any time to be evaluated and added to the list of pre-qualified vendors. Vendors must comply with various requirements, including those related to lobbying, debarment, and suspension. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible respondent or vendor, unless a certified small business enterprise's (SBE) bid is within ten percent of the lowest non-small business bid.
