Architectural/Engineering Services for the Marion Barry Building (“MBB”)-Support System Upgrades and Renovations

The project involves upgrading the building's support systems, including HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems. The selected firm will be responsible for providing design services, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
