Autonomous Mower Maintenance Service

The United States Air Force is seeking information from potential contractors to provide maintenance services for autonomous mowers at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota. The contractor will be responsible for monitoring and servicing the mowers, performing quarterly maintenance, and providing monthly reports. The goal of this contract is to automate the mowing of predetermined sections of the base to minimize costs without sacrificing grounds maintenance quality. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining grass height between 4 and 10 inches • Ensuring the mowers do not physically contact facilities or infrastructure • Performing quarterly maintenance and repairs • Providing monthly reports on mowing operations • Ensuring compliance with security and safety requirements.
