Jupiter Community Park Restrooms, Utility Building, and Island Way Wellfield Improvements (W2109A&B)

The Town of Jupiter is soliciting bids to design and construct a new 2,526 sq ft electrical utility building with an 800 kW generator, a 5,000‑gallon above‑ground fuel storage tank, restrooms, and storage for the Jupiter Community Park. The scope also includes full site work (grading, paving, utilities, lighting, irrigation, landscaping, and a security fence) and the installation of instrumentation, control, and telemetry systems to serve two Floridan‑aquifer wells and two surficial‑aquifer wells. Additive alternate items allow for demolition of an abandoned trailer and the addition of up to two extra surficial wellheads with associated mechanical and electrical components. • Construction of a standalone electrical building with generator, fuel tank, restrooms, and storage. • Comprehensive wellfield improvements for four existing wells (water, sewer, power, telemetry). • Optional demolition of existing structures and addition of up to two extra surficial wellheads. • All associated site work: grading, paving, utility installation, lighting, irrigation, landscaping, and security fencing. • Requirement to attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting on September 10, 2026.
