Greenhouse Gas Inventory Verification for CA, WA, TCR

The City of Seattle seeks a qualified verification consultant to independently verify City Light’s greenhouse‑gas (GHG) emission inventories for California, Washington, and The Climate Registry (TCR) for multiple reporting years. The consultant must be accredited by CARB, Washington Ecology, and ANAB/TCR, and must deliver conflict‑of‑interest filings, verification plans, data analyses, issue logs, final verification reports, and verification statements for each jurisdiction and year. Work includes preparing and submitting required forms to regulatory agencies, coordinating meetings, performing data reviews, and optionally conducting site visits.
