The City of Atlantic City is requesting bids from experienced companies to provide travel and transportation services for the Atlantic City Youth Division's Ghana study abroad trip. The trip is expected to last for 12 days and will include round-trip group airfare, airport transfers, hotel accommodations, full board, entrance fees, site visits, and cultural activities. The successful bidder will be required to provide a detailed itinerary, pricing, and information about their experience in operating educational youth tours in West Africa. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price per traveler from a responsive and responsible bidder. • The City of Atlantic City is seeking a company to provide travel and transportation services for a group of 10 travelers. • The trip will include round-trip group airfare, airport transfers, hotel accommodations, full board, entrance fees, site visits, and cultural activities. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a detailed itinerary and pricing. • The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price per traveler from a responsive and responsible bidder. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it deems it in the public interest to do so. • The contract shall be contingent upon the annual availability and appropriation of sufficient funds for the purpose for each year of the contract term. • The contractor shall continue the service until new services can be completely operational, with a service extension not exceeding 90 days beyond the expiration date of the existing contract.
