The United States Marine Corps is seeking a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contractor to provide commercially available television programming (basic and deluxe tiers) and associated non‑personnel services at three Marine installations in North Carolina (Camp Lejeune, MCAS New River, MCAS Cherry Point). The contractor must deliver service through existing authorized service points and interior outlets; no new construction, cabling, or wiring is permitted. The IDIQ will cover monthly television service fees and one‑time installation/relocation services, with a base year plus up to three option years (maximum four‑year contract term). The award will be made via unrestricted competition, and proposals must price every sub‑line item for all base‑year and option‑year periods.
