Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Post-delivery support of developed space and ground hardware and software

The Space Rapid Capabilities Office (Space RCO) intends to sole‑source a contract to Systems & Technology Research, LLC for post‑delivery support of space‑ and ground‑based hardware and software, transitioning a prototype ground system to full operational capability within six months of Authority to Proceed. The effort includes systems‑engineering, software development (new GUI, mission‑unique software integration), enhanced telemetry processing, cloud‑infrastructure, and integration with the R2C2 Acme Ground Segment, all under stringent cybersecurity and engineering standards. • Provide verification, validation, integration, testing, and on‑orbit troubleshooting for payloads. • Develop and integrate a new GUI, mission‑unique software, and 24/7 telemetry processing on cloud infrastructure. • Ensure seamless integration with R2C2 Acme Ground Segment without reliance on proprietary data from the original developer.
