NASA is seeking capability statements to assess whether the upcoming Atlas Devices Support Services requirement should be competed or awarded as a sole‑source contract to Atlas Devices, LLC. The work involves providing on‑site and remote support for the COASTER gravity‑offload testing rig at Johnson Space Center, including operations, test‑readiness reviews, equipment maintenance, suit rentals, and on‑the‑job training for NASA staff. This pre‑award solicitation does not accept price quotes; only written capability statements are requested.
• Supports COASTER test operations (single‑arm & dual‑arm) and related telemetry/electronics activities.
