Textile Machinery, parts, Supplies and Service

The Department of Correction - MassCor is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide textile machinery, parts, supplies, and services for use in the silk screen operation and other shops within MassCor Industries. The contract will support all manufacturing sites of MassCor Industries. The main intent of this contract is for supplies and equipment, but outright purchases for machinery and service will also be allowed. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing textile machinery, parts, and supplies * Delivering goods within 15 Commonwealth business days after receipt of an order * Maintaining necessary insurance coverage, including worker's compensation * Obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals * Ensuring that all drivers, technicians, or contractor employees have pre-approved clearance from the facility * Complying with the Department of Correction's security rules and regulations * Submitting a price list and identifying how contract pricing will be based * Participating in the Commonwealth Prompt Payment Discount initiative * Providing a return policy and allowing for returns within one year for a full refund.
