USACE St. Louis District Mark Twain Project W912P9 Forrest Stand Improvement

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal services for forest stand improvement activities at Mark Twain Lake in Missouri. The contractor will be responsible for hack and squirt, chainsaw felling and girdling treatment, and invasive basal bark application activities. The contractor's performance will be evaluated based on the Contracting Officer's evaluation, Contracting Officer's Representative, and customer satisfaction. The contractor must comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws, as well as industry standards and practices. • The contractor will work at four locations at Mark Twain Lake in Ralls and Monroe County, Missouri. • The contractor must mobilize to the project lands, and the mobilization cost will be included in the bid price. • The contractor will be required to perform different activities during specific time frames, such as August 15 to November 1, 2026, and November 30, 2026, to March 14, 2027. • The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the required activities.
