Colorado Health Systems Directory (CHSD)

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking a contractor to manage and maintain the Colorado Health Systems Directory (CHSD), a critical health data integration and management system. The CHSD provides accurate data about where clinicians practice, how they practice, and how much patient care they provide. The contractor will be responsible for operating and maintaining the existing CHSD system, providing technical assistance and customer service, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The contractor must have experience with data collection, technical assistance, and customer service, as well as Microsoft certification in BizTalk. • Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining and operating the CHSD system • Providing technical assistance and customer service • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Meeting mandatory minimum requirements • Providing references, experience, and key personnel information • Meeting performance measures and business requirements • Ensuring data structure and entity management, reporting and analytics, patient-level claims data integration, and enterprise data integration and data governance • Complying with OIT security requirements and accessibility standards
