The City of Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive Workers' Compensation Claims Administration services. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims in compliance with the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act and industry best practices. The scope of services includes staffing, first report of injury, initial contact, recorded statements, index bureau inquiry, determination of compensability, claim denial, claim audits, and more.
