The County of Shelby is seeking a qualified public or nonprofit organization to provide District Long‑Term Care Ombudsman Services for the Aging Commission of the Mid‑South. The contractor will serve the four‑county district (Fayette, Lauderdale, Shelby, and Tipton), maintain a full‑time Ombudsman, manage volunteers, conduct regular facility visits, handle complaints, and submit required monthly and quarterly reports to the State Ombudsman.
