Service Agreement – Water Well Development Project

The City of St. Charles is seeking proposals for a service agreement to aid in the expansion of the City's water supply system. The selected vendor will provide miscellaneous services such as project planning, well site location, permitting, test hole drilling, well conversation, test well drilling, well development, well test pumping, and well performance reports for the City's water distribution and sewer collection system project(s). Key aspects of the project include: • Project planning and well site location • Permitting and test hole drilling • Well conversation and test well drilling • Well development and well test pumping • Well performance reports The City is looking for a vendor who can provide these services to support the expansion of its water supply system.
