• Deliver a full‑life‑cycle SaaS platform (design, development, testing, deployment, 3‑month stabilization, and 12‑month Maintenance & Operations).
• Integrate existing data sources (SDWIS, WQIR/CLIP, eAR, SAFER, etc.) and provide robust APIs, GIS capabilities, and user‑experience design for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide a comprehensive team of senior‑level staff (Engagement Director, Project Manager, Data Architect, Software Architect, Business Analyst, Training Lead, Test Lead, Technical Lead, OCM Lead, GIS Expert) and meet strict key‑staff replacement timelines and security/incident‑response SLAs.
