The County of Alameda is issuing a three‑year indefinite‑delivery contract (with an optional two‑year renewal) to create a pool of qualified vendors for museum‑quality fine‑art services. Up to four bidders may be selected for Fine Art Handling, up to three for Fine Art Framing, and up to four for Fine Art Fabrication. Vendors may submit proposals for any one, two, or all three service categories. The County will award individual projects on an as‑needed basis, evaluating each bidder’s cost, turnaround time, expertise, and performance for that specific project. • Three‑year contract term (option to extend two additional years) • Separate award pools: max 4 handling, max 3 framing, max 4 fabrication contractors • Services include: transport & installation of artworks, archival custom framing, UV‑flatbed printing, wood/aluminum panel fabrication, roll‑feed large‑format printing, and digital file preparation • Bids must include all taxes (except sales/use) and represent the maximum amount the County will pay for the three‑year term • Selections are made per individual project; contractors submit estimates for each project’s scope, timeline, and billable hours
