Turlock Lake State Recreation Dock Replacement

The County of Stanislaus is seeking a qualified contractor to design, fabricate, deliver, and install a new commercial‑grade floating dock at Turlock Lake State Recreation Area. The existing dock will be removed and disposed of, and the new dock will consist of six 6‑by‑20‑ft sections (≈6 ft × 120 ft total) with aluminum framing, encapsulated floats, HDG cleats, vertical hand‑hold rails, HDPE‑lined pile squares, and non‑slip decking. The contractor must provide all hardware, ensure proper anchoring, and supply warranties, submittals, bonds, and sales‑tax calculations. The project is funded through a grant from the California Department of Parks and Recreation and is subject to prevailing‑wage, CARB off‑road diesel, and insurance requirements.
