Bottled Water Delivery Service

The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) is soliciting bids to establish an annual requirements contract for water cooler rental and water delivery services throughout the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) campus. The contract includes the supply of 46 high-quality water coolers, delivery of an average of 100 five-gallon bottles per week, and provision of bottle racks. The successful bidder will be responsible for equipment lease, water delivery, storage and logistics, service quality and maintenance, and pricing and inclusions. • The contract term is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with the option to extend for an additional four one-year extensions. • The contract prices will be adjusted based on the increase or decrease in the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U, City Average, All Items) for the month nearest the extension date. • The successful bidder must comply with the Authority's Supplier Code of Ethics and maintain the required insurance coverages. • The bidder must have a Nevada State Business License prior to bid submittal. • The bidder must certify that they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel and will not engage in such a boycott during the contract term.
