Beverage Products and Services

Palm Beach County’s Parks and Recreation Department is seeking qualified vendors to supply a full range of non‑alcoholic beverage products (excluding frozen carbonated drinks), dispensing and storage equipment, and associated marketing/sponsorship services for three water‑park facilities (Calypso Bay, Coconut Cove, and Lake Lytal Pool). The contract will run for five years (Nov 19 2026 – Nov 18 2031) and includes product pricing, equipment provision, and promotional assistance. Vendors must be registered in the County’s Vendor Self‑Service system, submit one unbound original, two bound copies, and an electronic PDF, and meet small‑business and local‑preference requirements. Evaluation will consider experience, project approach, price, small‑business participation, and local business status. • Supply carbonated and non‑carbonated soft drinks, waters, juices, isotonic drinks, teas, and specialty beverages. • Provide dispensing equipment, storage units, cups, lids, and related paper products. • Offer marketing, sponsorship, and advertising support for the water‑park venues. • Contract value capped at a “not‑to‑exceed” amount to be determined after award; billing on a monthly basis. • Mandatory vendor registration; subcontractors must also be registered. • Evaluation weighted: Experience 30%, Approach 25%, Price 25%, SBE 15%, Local Preference 5%.
