The State of West Virginia, Offices of the Insurance Commissioner, is seeking a vendor to perform statutory and market conduct examinations of pharmacy benefit managers in the state. The selected vendor will provide professional services to assist the Health Policy Division of the Department in fulfilling its regulatory responsibilities. The scope of work includes performing examinations in compliance with W. Va. Code 33-2-9 and in accordance with the Pharmacy Benefit Managers Act and the Health Benefit Plan Network Access and Adequacy Act. • The vendor will be required to provide financial accounting services. • The vendor will be expected to have knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Managers Act and the Health Benefit Plan Network Access and Adequacy Act. • The vendor will be required to provide professional services to assist the Health Policy Division of the Department.
