Mental Health Case Management: Adults

The Baltimore County Department of Health’s Behavioral Health Bureau is seeking a qualified organization to provide comprehensive mental health case management services for eligible adults residing in the county. The contractor will be responsible for assessing client needs, coordinating behavioral health and related services, assisting with enrollment in Medicaid and other benefits, ensuring culturally and linguistically competent care, and meeting all state Medicaid standards and COMAR requirements. Services will be reimbursed through Maryland’s Public Behavioral Health System’s Administrative Services Organization, with performance monitored via regular reporting and compliance with HIPAA and other privacy statutes. • Scope includes intake, assessment, care planning, service coordination, and outcome reporting for adult clients. • Must hold appropriate insurance, be in good standing with Maryland SDAT, and comply with MBE/WBE participation goals. • Contract likely spans multiple years (up to five) with annual performance evaluations. • Pre‑proposal teleconference on 9/23/2026; questions due 10/14/2026; final proposals due 10/21/2026.
