S201--Window Washing - NWI

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide window washing services at the Omaha VA hospital and other locations. The contract will include quarterly, annual, and semi-annual cleanings. The contractor will be required to start within 30-45 days of award for quarterly cleanings, and annual and semi-annual cleanings can be scheduled for a later date. The contractor will be responsible for submitting invoices on a quarterly basis, annotating which part of the scheduled washing is being invoiced.
