The City of Fayetteville is seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or development teams for the purchase or lease, and development of approximately 8.7-acre tract of land owned by the City of Fayetteville. The development should provide long-term attainable or workforce housing. Key aspects of the project include the purchase or lease of the land, development of the site, and provision of housing. The city is looking for proposals that meet these requirements and can provide a viable plan for the development of the site. • The development should be on an 8.7-acre tract of land • The development should provide long-term attainable or workforce housing • The site is located at the south of the dead end on S.
