The County of Hennepin is seeking proposals for the purchase of a building located at 110 South 4th Street in Minneapolis. The building is a six-story commercial building with a basement and penthouse levels, and an adjoining surface parking lot. The property is being offered as-is, with no warranties or representations as to its condition or suitability for any particular use. Prospective proposers are encouraged to attend a walk-through of the building, although it is not mandatory. Proposals should include a proposed acquisition terms, experience and qualifications, acceptance of the terms described in the RFP, and a demonstration of the financial viability of the proposal. • The building contains approximately 227,421 square feet of gross building area. • The property is located in the DT1 – Downtown Center zoning district, which allows a wide variety of uses. • The County reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, and/or modify the RFP at any time. • The evaluation criteria will include proposed acquisition terms, experience and qualifications, acceptance of the terms, and quality and reasonableness of the proposal.
