• The contractor will provide PACT staffing, including primary care providers, registered nurse care managers, clinical associates, and administrative associates.
• The contractor will establish and implement contingency plans for ensuring patients receive continuity of and access to appropriate primary care during periods of inadequate resources, extended staff absences, staff turnover, and nature-related events.
• The contractor will provide services in accordance with the Schedule of Services and Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor will comply with all relevant VA policies and procedures, including those related to quality, access, patient safety, and performance.
