10,000 Gal #2 Off-Road Diesel

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking a qualified small business to supply 10,000 gallons of winter blend diesel fuel. The fuel will be delivered in quantities of 2,000 to 4,000 gallons, and the delivery schedule will be coordinated with the onsite supervisor. The fuel deliveries are expected to start on November 5th, 2025, and will continue for 6 weeks. The offeror must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and meet the NAICS 324110 size standard of 1,500 employees. • The fuel must be winter blend diesel (40% #1 diesel and 60% #2 dyed off-road diesel, no bio-diesel). • The fuel will be transferred by straight truck with fuel nozzle type fill capabilities to a marine floating fuel barge. • The transport trucks must have the proper certifications to transfer fuel to a marine floating fuel barge. • The fuel delivery location will be between Lansing, IA, and Reads Landing, MN. • The offeror must quote the per-gallon price for fuel, with a limit of 2 decimal places.
