Financial Review Services Statement of Work - E-ZPass Group/IAG Service Corp.

IAG Service Corporation is seeking a qualified accounting firm to perform a one‑time, comprehensive review of its 2025 financial statements and those of the Inter‑Agency Group (IAG). The contractor must assess GAAP and GASB compliance, evaluate internal controls, verify revenue and expenditure reporting, and provide technical guidance on emerging GASB pronouncements. Deliverables include a management representation letter (provided by IAGSC) and a detailed financial review report, all to be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Treasurer’s Report. Ongoing technical assistance throughout the calendar year is also required. • Conduct a full financial‑statement review of IAGSC and IAG for FY 2025, confirming GASB and GAAP compliance. • Evaluate internal controls, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, investments, and fraud risk. • Communicate regularly with IAGSC, deliver a comprehensive report, and provide year‑round technical guidance on accounting standards. • Provide a qualified project manager and team with documented experience in governmental accounting reviews.
