Furnish and Delivery of One (1) 100kW Portable Diesel Generator System

The County of Maui’s Fire Prevention Bureau is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish, deliver, install, and commission a complete 100 kW portable diesel generator system. The contract includes the generator set, trailer, fuel tank, power cables, transfer/tap box, all required electrical work, startup, testing, one day of on‑site training, and a minimum three‑year (or 3,000‑hour) manufacturer’s warranty with on‑island service support. Delivery must be F.O.B. the County, and the entire system must be operational within 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The award will go to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. • One (1) 100 kW diesel‑powered generator, prime‑power rated, EPA Tier 4 Final certified • Complete trailer, fuel system (≥131 gal), power cables (≥50 ft, 4/0 conductors) and transfer/tap box (≥400 A) • Full electrical installation, testing, and certification in compliance with local codes • On‑site startup, functional testing, and at least one day of operator training • Manufacturer’s warranty ≥3 years or 3,000 hours, with local service technician on Maui • Delivery and full system acceptance within 180 days of notice to proceed
